We source our spices in small batches directly from local farms. Each product is vacuum-sealed and dated to ensure you receive the most potent aroma and flavor possible.
What is your shipping policy for perishable items?
We offer expedited shipping for all perishable snacks. Orders placed before 2 PM are typically processed the same day to ensure your food arrives fresh at your doorstep.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Masala Cafe ships within the domestic United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to bring our flavors to the rest of the world soon.
Are your products suitable for vegans?
The majority of our spice blends and snacks are 100% vegan. Please check the individual product descriptions for a full list of ingredients and allergen information.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Due to the food-based nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. However, if your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
